Vulcan's Project Our Team.
A visionary and Experienced team.
Vulcan has proven itself as a competent, experienced and reliable partner in the realisation of projects in the field of deep geothermal energy and district heating. The OneVulcan team is also active in the field of research and development and endeavours to innovate and further improve existing processes, adapt and combine commercially proven technologies.
The aim behind all this is to reduce the CO2 emissions of lithium for battery production. The deployment of the entire OneVulcan team in research contributes to making work processes in the field of deep geothermal energy more material and resource efficient.

Stakeholder Engagement Specialists Patrizia Bär and Lisa Mai
Patrizia Bär (right) studied Media Studies and Sociology at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. During her studies, she gained experience in journalism, including at ZDF. Before joining Vulcan in 2024, she worked as an editor at a regional weekly newspaper in the Palatinate, where she built a broad network across regional politics, municipal press offices, media organizations, and the local business community.
At Vulcan, she leads the InfoCenter in Landau and serves as a key point of contact for citizens, political stakeholders, and regional partners. She also regularly represents the company at events, trade fairs, and party conferences, engaging directly with stakeholders.
Lisa Mai (left) is also a contact person at the InfoCenter, focusing on public relations. Like Patrizia Bär, she is responsible for organizing regional information events as well as for strategic planning. She is currently pursuing a PhD in political and media psychology at the RPTU (Rhineland-Palatinate Technical University). These perspectives shape her work at Vulcan: making complex topics accessible, fostering dialogue, and systematically integrating stakeholder feedback.
Before joining Vulcan, she gained experience in project and event management as well as in strategic planning and science communication.
